One of Coby's birthday gifts was this bug cage. KC helped them put some ants in it. They were really interested in watching them and giving them different things to eat. They only stayed alive a few days though.
After Coby's birthday, the kids had colds for almost 2 weeks. :s Pearl gets hives sometimes when she is sick. I was told by her pediatrician that some kids are allergic to viruses. So weird!!
Happy Father's Day Daddy!! We surprised KC with a ping pong table for Father's Day...
and then made him put it together :s Don't worry, Coby was a HUGE help!! ;)
My boys with their drills. :)
A random shot of when Pearl fell asleep wearing a pirate hat...They are such good playmates (most of the time ;)
In June we enjoyed watching the NBA finals, cheering for MVP LeBron James!!
Matching LeBron James shirts :)
Coby and Pearl got a hold of my camera and I had to delete many pictures of the walls, the floor, etc. This one was a keeper though.
Making Smores one night for FHE.
When the kids finally recovered from their colds, we watched 3 kids (5, 3, and 1 yr) in the ward while their mom went to Girl's Camp. One day a friend of mine from Japan came over with two boys to play too...Here everyone is watching Tinkerbell. It was a tough 3 days, going from 2 kids to 5...but we managed :)
Pearl saw these brownies in a cookbook and really wanted to make them.
After we made them, she wanted to decorate a plate and scatter M & M's and ribbon around, just like in the cookbook.
On June 23rd, KC and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary. We planned an overnight trip to San Antonio. It was a welcome get-away for me!! We left Friday night after KC got off of work and drove the 4 hours to San Antonio. We ate at an interesting but tasty restaurant on the Riverwalk that night. The next morning we did a session at the San Antonio and then headed back home. It was so fun to be able to talk, laugh, reminisce, listen to music, plan, etc, just the two of us :)

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!
