We got an early start again to beat the crowds. We made sure that we went on several rides that didn't scare Pearl. She loved the carousel and the Tea Cups. :) Disneyland has many theme rides that are a lot of fun. Unfortunately for Pearl, lots of them are dark inside and have the villains of the shows, as well as the fun characters. For example, the Finding Nemo ride had sharks that scared Pearl.

The weather this day ended up being quite nice and the crowds were not so huge. This day was my 30th Birthday!! We had cake and opened presents that afternoon at the hotel. How fun to spend my 30th birthday at Disneyland!!
That night we went to a few shows that were really neat. First we saw "A Bug's Life," a 3-D movie. During one part of the show, huge spiders dropped from the ceiling. One dropped right in front of Pearl who burst into tears so KC took her out. The spiders startled Coby as well. After that show he kept saying "Diders! Scare me!" Next we saw an Aladdin play that was amazing. Pearl loved it, especially when Jasmine and Aladdin flew above the audience on the magic carpet. We did a few more rides and ended the night with an impressive fountain show called World of Color.
