May started off with the pinewood derby.  Lots of boys and lots of fun.

Every boy must learn to burn things with a magnifying glass.

May 5: Happy half birthday to Pearly and Cinco de Mayo

Pearl was chosen to recite her poem "Catch a Little Star" at the Shimotsu poetry night.

 A Saturday morning heading to Coby's basketball game followed by Pearl's soccer game. 

Cody's team (the Nuggets) won the championship game! 

Pearl scored her first soccer goal at the last game of the season!  

We told her during fall season that if she scored a goal she could get her ears pierced.  

She was so brave as we headed to the mall later that evening.

 The boys slept in the truck bed...with lots of mosquitos apparently.

 Family home evening activity.  Pearl was in charge of the lesson.  

She had us each write or draw something about one of the principles of the gospel.
